She helped me with not only with choosing paint colors, but expertly advised me on flooring and lighting to get my project off to a great start!   Max provided invaluable assistance by consulting on the complete makeover of our home's exterior. She came prepared with samples and expertise that immediately put me at ease with such a huge decision. She provides everything you need to work with a painter - the instructions are very detailed based upon the consultation and what you decide together. Max does not "tell you" what to do. She listens to you, goes through options, and makes suggestions. Given that this was such a big project, I cannot imagine doing it without Max's consultation. The house looks amazing and we are thrilled with the end result!!

I also asked Max to come back and help with a primary bath mini-makeover. This was challenging because yellow is the primary color of the tile and it was also the paint. In less than 30 minutes, Max figured out just the right color to get rid of the yellow walls - enough to tide us over until a total renovation.

My only regret is that we did not work with Max sooner! We highly recommend her services for her knowledge, professionalism and communication/follow up.

  Where do I start? Max was referred to us by our contractor to effortlessly convey our design vision into reality. From the first meeting, our vision and style preferences were understood which helped us quickly navigate the showrooms filled with a plethora of options, overwhelming options. Max provided valuable input to keep us on track and within budget to fulfill the scope of our project. I'd highly recommend her for filtering out the noise and honing in on what fits your design preferences with beautiful color and design combinations.   As a homeowner who is clueless with color (except knowing what i like on Pinterest and HGTV), Max is a dream come true! I never in a million years would have guessed the type of lighting drastically affects color, or how the other architectural elements work with a color scheme. Thanks to Max, I feel confident (instead of completely intimidated) walking into the home improvement stores and choosing colors that create the feeling my family and I want in our home. It has been so helpful to meet with her virtually (we live in Florida), and her color course is awesome.   I'm in the process of updating a condo-home: what to leave "as is" to keep the project under control and what to change.  I quickly saw that getting a one-room living area to work when some things are "set in stone" was beyond my ability. The bug in the sauce was choosing the correct color of the kitchen cabinets and an accent wall.

A designer I called for help highly recommended Max, who had just helped her with her house color scheme.  Max quickly created a coherent color scheme.  Frankly, I was close, but off enough to have ruined my investment.  Not only did she correct the colors,  but she showed me why she had chosen what she had, where to cut paint lines from one wall to the next, and how to make sure the lighting was correct -- something I hadn't even taken into account.

If you're spending time/money on renovations (or doing a brand new job) it's worth it to invest in genuine expertise.  Max is passionate about her work, she has invested in the necessary education and beyond.  She has hands-on experience.  And, she will NOT steer you wrong.  In addition, I found her extremely personable and pleasant to work with.  Thank you, Max!
